I have never written a review but find it nessacary given my experience.
Was highly disappointed when I showed up on my first day. No cubes or personal work space, out dated dirty equipment, computer monitors were discolored so difficult to work while staring at numbers all day. After learning more about the work realized how under staffed we were.
Manager was extremely devaluing, belitting, condescending and close minding to opinions or ideas. My previous company where I was at for 12 years I had many managers both men and women with different personalities and different approaches and still never dealt with someone like my manager at Kyocera, walked in every day feeling so anxious. After 2 months I couldn’t take it anymore and had to quit.
Kyocera has great values and morals they hold high I will give that to them and there were some great people within the company who were very down to earth and kind including my coworkers but it’s sad when the company philosophy is not lived out by all employees.
If you’re doing warehouse work you might have a different experience as the people I came across in that area seemed real nice.
I did go to HR about my experience so hoping they do something to make it a better experience for the next person. No one deserves to get ripped apart every day.
